I'm not a big fan of the introvert/extrovert binary, as I find with most people I know (myself included) how outgoing or reserved a person is is usually dependent on the situation and mood. It's also about whose company one finds oneself in. More often than not, I find these "introverts are like this and extroverts are like that" sites to be made in an effort to make the other -vert look like a lumbering jackass. And this one does not seem to be much of an exception. For example, who really *likes* small talk? It can be an inroad to get others to talk, or a transition between conversations, but it's rarely an end in itself.

Thoughts?

It's not black and white :D. We all have our introverted and extroverted sides, times, environments. But there are those who are more extroverted who don't understand those of us who have more introverted sides.

And I do know people who like small talk. :s
