Jan. 19th, 2006 03:15 pmI've gotten a lot written in the past few weeks. It's not been the flood that October and November brought, but it's not bad. At least I can say I'm making progress.
In sad news, the laptop seems to be having issues. The lovely laptop that enables me to write upstairs, where it's light and where LD spends most of his time, is losing keys. It started with the Windows key, and then the left arrow key, and now the ?/ key is flaking. All of them are currently being held on by their top attachment.
And since this laptop isn't really mine, it's probably time to put it up and send it home (and try to fix it in the meantime). It was such a nice thing, to be able to write upstairs, but the good times can't last forever.
