I learned that if one swears off junk food and eats more vegetables for a year and then subsists for an entire day on mostly junk food and no vegetables, one's body tends to stage a riot.

Other than that, my head is cotton and I'm popping DayQuil like a psychotic clown on speed...and about to head back to Redwood City for another round today.

You'd think I'd learn. Apparently, not so much.
